Cleburne Friends of the Cultural Arts helps promote a strong cultural arts community in Cleburne and Johnson County. Our first project was a giant Cultural Arts Calendar which includes individual groups calendars from 14 different organizations, with more being added. The calendar helps to publicise events, coordinate scheduling between the groups, and is a resource for mutual support. We have just added an Arts Blog where groups can post news releases to more fully explain their events in addition to the calendar posting. Long term goals include a cultural arts complex and working railroad museum. Modest membership fees have been set for individuals and groups. To join, click here. |
